“The immediate proximity to local shops and thoroughfares is a notable advantage, though upon entry, a distinct odor of drains was apparent, thankfully absent on higher levels. Issues encountered with initial access were swiftly resolved by the owner, and the rooms, while basic, were found to be clean and represented fair value for the price.”
